Join me in my Wimbledon kitchen where I demonstrate how to prepare a traditional Christmas Day feast, and how to get it all on the table at the same time with minimal effort and washing up. You will take home all the notes you need to help you recreate the menu, including a time-plan and shopping lists. Christmas lunch and refreshments will be provided.

For those looking for a hands-on experience, I provide bespoke lessons for individuals and groups of up to four people.  I tailor the lesson to your needs and preferences, whilst providing know-how which will enable you to reproduce the dishes we cook without recipes.

Join up to seven other participants for a convivial morning in my Wimbledon kitchen, where I demonstrate how to make a minimum of three dishes using seasonal produce, each with elements that can be prepared in advance.

'A WEEK OF MEALS' DEMO, £125 per person, including lunch

Join up to seven other participants for a convivial day in my Wimbledon kitchen, where I demonstrate how to make five simple, thrifty meals based on what seasonal and or/sustainable produce is available that week in the supermarket, each with elements that can be prepared in advance.
